Good Value, But Shipping Wait

The bike itself is solid, much better than some other brands I've seen, and I'm planning to add a comfy sillín and a front basket. My only real gripe is that it took almost two weeks to arrive because it ships from Europe, not locally.
decent value, but a bit of a wait
got a pretty good discount applied right in the cart, which was nice since i've seen those deals before. the ENGWE ES, specifically the X24, is solid like my other bikes from them, good on those fat 20-inch tires. but this time around, delivery took longer than expected. usually it's quicker, especially when i compare it to past HIMO or ADO orders. still, for the price, it's fair.

Mostly positive experience with EP-2 Pro
I got the EP-2 Pro a few weeks ago. The ordering process was smooth, and it shipped pretty fast to my place here in Barcelona, around 5 days. Setup was doable, but I had a small issue with the front brake adjustment; it took some fiddling to get it right. The bike itself rides really well, it's sturdy, and the power is great for hills. Battery life is decent too. My only real minor complaint is that the saddle isn't super comfortable on longer rides, I'll probably replace it eventually. Overall, good value for the price though.
Decent bike, some assembly needed
I ordered the L20 3.0 electric bike last month. Shipping to Madrid took about 6 days, which was reasonable. Unboxing was straightforward, but putting it together took a bit longer than I thought, maybe an hour. The instructions were okay, but not super clear for everything. Once assembled, the bike rode well, the motor is strong, and the battery life is good for city commutes. Haven't needed customer service yet.
